eBook Abstract:
The learning function has undergone a sea of change in the recent past. As remote learning became the norm, L&D had to reinvent itself to cater to modern learners without hitting the pause button on workplace training. The dependence on technology and digital solutions in learning has gone up significantly which has further intensified the need for a digitally skilled workforce. In the new normal, modern learners need to continually upskill and reskill themselves to remain at pace with the evolving ecosystem. There has been a spike in demand for digital content that is engaging, succinct, relevant and easily accessible for remote employees. The onus is now on L&D to nurture the needs of these learners while ensuring engagement for enhanced learner experiences.
