What do I need to join LeAP?
Invince LeAP is available to all legally registered businesses in the respective countries and needs at least one business email on that domain.
How do I pay for LeAP?
As of now Wire and Electronic transfers are the only mode of payments available. We are soon going to add ability to pay via credit cards and other payment options.
How long will it take for my access to be activated?
If no add-on features are selected, then your access will be activated within 5 business days of receiving the payment in our account.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Only Monthly billing plan can be cancelled anytime and will remain active till the end of the month in which it is cancelled.
How do I start using the system once access is activated?
Our customer education team will schedule initial virtual training with our experts and help you setup the system. Multiple upload options are available to upload users/courses/etc. for quick setup.
How much training will we get in the beginning?
Up to 4 hours of free product training will be provided.
Can I upload or configure our Organization structure?
Yes, this can be done manually in the easy to use admin interface. Additionally, this is a part of the paid HRMS integration module where the organization structure gets uploaded to the system automatically.
What happens if we grow beyond 250 users?
Since LeAP is a special program for up to 250 users, we will upgrade you to Custom pricing and our Sales/Success team will assist you with the same without any data or usage impact.
If a user leaves the company, can that licence be re-used?
Yes, as long as at any time up to 250 users are active, any number of users can be turned over for any reason. All inactive users’ reports and trainings are retained.
